Payment Terms

As a subscriber to Sotech Online Waiter, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in our pricing plan. The fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew, and the corresponding fees will be charged to your payment method. You can manage your subscription and cancellation settings through your account.

All fees and charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges imposed by taxing authorities related to your subscription.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, such as service disruptions or failures on our part, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit.
